Bull Brawn Order Processing and Shipping :-
Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as we work on POD(Print On Demand) model. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. Bull Brawn does not ship on weekends or major holidays.
You will receive an automatic confirmation on email and whatsapp once your order has been placed.
Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case, a refund will be issued via UPI or NEFT for the order amount if initially paid. Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be cancelled by Bull Brawn at any time.
Once your order has been processed by our fulfilment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed.
Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods.
Bull Brawn offers complimentary standard shipping in 5-7 days. Our courier partners are Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Ecom Express, DTDC and Indiapost, to ensure reliable shipping. Due to technical or unserviceable pin-code locations delivery duration may vary.
Damage or Lost Packages :-
Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Bull Brawn is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier and we will not be responsible for any refund in the mentioned conditions.
Sale Items :-
All the sales are final during sale/promotion period. Bull Brawn reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice. If Bull Brawn Lowers the price of an item which you have already purchased no adjustments will be made or favoured for your purchase.
BlindBox (Empty Box) : At the time of delivery, if you receive a BlindBox Bull Brawn will not be responsible for that as we do all the quality control checks before shipping the package, in such case courier partner co. will be responsible and you can raise your query to them.
