Return/Exchange Policy

Bull Brawn Return/Exchange Policy :-  

Bull Brawn offers exchange & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and whatsapp, your order will be picked up by our logistics partner on priority ASAP.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code.

Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.

Estimated delivery of all exchange requests will be completed between 10-12 working days.

On return orders, refunds will be issued through UPI or NEFT only once QC on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address and whatsapp.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, BULL BRAWN WILL NOT PROCEED FURTHER WITH THE REQUEST.

High Quality photos and videos are mandatory to get eligible for Return/Exchange.

All the brand tags, labels, packaging material, tagged accessories are intact and not altered or damaged by you. Must be in the same place as it was delivered to you.

If the product is defective and want to return it, the return request should be placed within 24 hours from the time and date of delivery.(Defect :- Poor print quality or fabric quality) 

The product returned shouldn’t have been worn, cleaned or tampered with.

There should not be any foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the product.

We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the mentioned conditions.

While placing the Return/Exchange request you must need to mention your Name, Contact Number and Order ID which has been used to place the order. If it does not matches with our records your Return/Exchange request will not be processed further.

Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund or cancellation of an order for products on Bull Brawn. Every time you wish to place a request, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

BlindBox(Empty Box) : At the time of delivery, if you receive a BlindBox Bull Brawn will not be responsible for that as we do all the quality control checks before shipping the package, in such case courier partner co. will be responsible and you can raise your query to them.

Applicability of the Return/Exchange Policy :- By agreeing to use the Bull Brawn Return/Exchange Service by initiating a request you agree to be bound by the terms mentioned in this Policy without modification.
